Actor Aidan Turner, 32, who found fame as Poldark, put on a seriously suave
performance as the handsome and dangerous Philip Lombard in the new
Agatha Christie adaptation, And Then There Were None, and immediately
sparked a deluge of lustful tweets thanks to his towel scenes
Rather
than focussing on the whodunnit element of Agatha Christie's classic
murder mystery, fans used social media to express their views on the
newly-single actor's impressive body.
Tweets as follows, like Rose H, who simply wrote: 'Drop
the towel. Drop the towel. #AidanTurner #AndThenThereWereNone'.
Many Twitter users noted that stripping off on the BBC seems to be part of the actor's contract.
Alison
Pritchard wrote: 'Beginning to think that the BBC won't hire Aidan
Turner unless he agrees to strip off', whilst Abbie Christmas added:
'Poor Aidan Turner, forced to remove his shirt again in the name of
art.'
