Nigerians now buy fuel with a nylon.Any which way is always a way for a Nigerian

Pictured above is a Young Nigerian carrying fuel he bought in a nylon bag. This is caused by fuel scarcity. Probably the young boy was coming home from where he went to see his friend or so and maybe saw an opportunity to buy fuel and had to purchase a nylon bag so he could buy fuel with the little opportunity he got.
