The 29-bedroom Playboy Mansion which is one of the only
private properties in Los Angeles with its own zoo license is up for sale for a
reasonable $200 million. and with it comes an 89-year-old roommate.
Playboy CEO Scott Flanders says, "The
Playboy Mansion has been a creative center for Hef as his residence and
workplace for the past 40 years, as it will continue to be if the
property is sold." He also explains that the sale would help the company
"reinvest in the transformation of our business." The buyer must also agree to let Huph Hefner live there for the remainder of his life.
