ESPN reporter Sage Steele managed to put a spectacular shut-down on Arcade Fire frontman Win Butler on Friday night, after the singer tried to talk politics during a celebrity basketball game. Mailonline reports.
Butler was named the Most Valuable Player of Friday's NBA All-Star celebrity game in Toronto.
During
the post-game interview with reporter Sage Steele, the proud Canadian
chose to inject some politics during the live-TV chat - however Steele
was not having it.
'I
just wanted to say, it's an election year in the US, the US has a lot
it can learn from Canada, (such as) health care, taking caring of
people,' Butler said.
However Steele quickly pulled away the microphone and took back the spotlight.
